"In honor of her $150 million campaign treasury, the people of California do hereby crown Meg Whitman as Queen Meg of California.  Her husband Griffith Harsh IV is crowned Prince Griffith of Palo Alto, and the Whitman-Harsh royal motto shall be 'Healthcare for the nobility, Education for the few, Prisons for all.'"

The initiative is expected to be the first in American political history to attempt to install royalty in state government. “At the end of the day, my argument is that if I can run Goldman Sachs, I can rule California,” said Queen Meg.  “I made a mint from my march up the corporate ladder.  Don’t I now deserve the crown?”
