
Make sure you’re registered as a Democrat to vote for Bernie Sanders!
If you register “vote-by-mail” your mailing address should be where you will receive mail between May 15–May 31. (Vote-by-mail ballots are mailed beginning May 9.)
- Register to vote as a Democrat by May 23.
If you are currently registered in any other party, you will have to switch in order to vote for Bernie (don’t worry, it’s easy to switch!).

Eligibility
To vote in the California presidential primary, you must be a citizen 18 or older by June 7 (if you are 17 now but will be 18 by the primary day you can still register and vote in the primary).
